Chris
Rawlinson (right) of the U.K. broke the oldest mens' meet record with
a time of 48.49 in the 400H. The previous meet record (48.50) was set
by Edwin Moses in 1979. Joey Woody (left) was second in 49.23 seconds.

Alan
Webb made his only Mt. SAC appearance as a collegian in the University
1500m. After leading early, he faded to 9th place in a race won by Villanova's
Adrian Blincoe (3:41.85).

Jones clocked the 3rd fastest
time by an American woman in 2002 while winning the 400m title in 50.46 seconds. |
Suzy
Powell won her 3rd Mt. SAC title

2002 Mt. SAC Relays Games Committee Chair Stan Whitley, already a
member of Mt. SAC's Hall of Fame
for his past exploits as a sprinter and jumper, gets set to show
the youngsters how it's done in the Masters 100m.
